lubed and filmed them and they sound great!
Super smooth, short and sharp but very gentle bump, with a satisfying long pole bottom out. Super clacky sound profile, a little on the shallower plasticky side of clackiness. Lubing helps to soften the sound and reduce errant noise from housing collisions. These Kailh style housings don't permit the use of film - not that it's needed for housing wobble, but I think film could have helped to depeen and take some of the plasticky edge off the sound. The biggest con is the ticking - about three quarters of the batch were ticking badly and lubing the back of the leaf didn't eliminate ticking in many, but reduced it in most. Lubing the front of the leaves might work to further reduce or eliminate ticking, but I don't think it's worth reducing what is already a pretty mild bump. Depending on your board the ticking will be more or less noticeable. I find these are really nice in my Vega with plate foam - with the least ticking switches on alphas, I find no to very little ticking noise.
