Hidden sandwich mount but the plate is tilted which prevents the plate from rattling like in some boards that tried the same. O-ring is for tuning the sound. -Designed mainly for plastic plates, but testing different versions of alu plates to match the typing comfort. This choice was inspired by Panda65, with it's sandwiched pom plate.
