F-ROW Hollow Tips Tactile Switches
The original design inspiration came from the simple act of clapping your hands together. When you clap your cupped hands compared to when they are flat, the sound created is very different.
We used this same idea for the design of the stem tip where the tip is hollowed out to make a cupping sound when it hits the bottom of the switch.
This has now become the signature sound for the newly designed "Hollow Tips."
We've gone through two rounds of testing with some of #tactilegangs most toughest critics incorporating everything they recommended, here's what they have to say:

Warning: The stem tolerances for these switches are made according to Cherry standard spec. During testing we've found that it runs tighter on keyreative manufacturered keycaps which are below Cherry tolerances such as SWG, Milkyway and KAP.
