I have never had the honor of trying the BKE domes, so this is a review from my experience with OEM domes of different vintages.
These are definitely more tactile than stock 45g domes, however, I am surprised that they feel pretty light for their weight. Even the 60g WhataDome feels surprisingly comfortable to type with. They feel almost more like an MX switch than an EC dome in a way. The snap feels great, but doesn't have the same kind of 'back pressure' that I expect from an EC dome. Feels more similar to switches like the Moyu range of tactiles or Tecsee long-pole tactiles than any of my other OEM Topre switches. I really like the feel of these, and the quality and fitment is perfect.
You will need to lube your springs because the spring crunch on stock springs is brutal with these domes. They are much more tight to the spring than stock domes, and will sound terrible without some oil-lube mix of your springs.
They also have less pre-load than stock domes, so if you are running stock sliders you will have a little 'tick' and movement at top out. It's not bad, but it is noticeable, especially now that my springs are dead silent. Consider picking up some silencing rings if you don't have them, just to take up the space.
Well worth the try if you are an existing EC fan, or wanting some high quality domes for a Dynacap build. Don't be put off by the weight. If you are coming from high-tactile MX switches, or if you like 45g OEM domes, try the WhataDomes.
