A certified tactile banger suggested by Australia's own tactile god clickpig, maker of the Mountain Kings. This is an ideal switch for any white collar long pole light tactile enjoyer looking for a moderately quiet switch as they don't want to offend fellow office workers in the modern day open plan or cubicle setting. Want to offend? we'd suggest some of our louder switches like the Ice Kachangs or Gopolar Yangs.

With some extra love you will get one of the best light tactiles on the market

These are pretty decent straight out of the bag: a small-mid bump that's not too sharp, a light but snappy keypress, a full and clacky sound profile in some boards and a more muted sound in others. But there is a lot of errant noise in stock form, mostly leaf ticking but also some housing collisions during keypresses. Grease the back of the leaves and lightly apply a more viscous lube (I would suggest 204g0 or 205g0) to the stem and you get a super clean sounding switch. Add some film and you can slightly lower the pitch of the switch. The Gateron Mini I ticks so many of my preferences that I'm having a hard time not rocking them on my daily!

    Great Service, nice switch

First up 5 stars for service from kn’c. Have no complaints. The Mini I switches themselves are very interesting switches. Out the box the springs need oiled and the switches need re-lubed (avoiding the legs). What you end up with is a speedy, lightweight switch that makes a poppy sound as you type.
